SCAMMERS PLEASE AVOID THE HASSLE
I would not recommend Exceed/Money Network based on my personal experience.
My funds have been held, and despite contacting customer service more than 50 times, the issue still has not been resolved. I was repeatedly told that my address needed to be verified. I submitted the requested documentation numerous times, and each submission generated a confirmation email showing it was received. However, I continued to be told that my documents had not been received, leaving me stuck in the same cycle with no resolution.
As a result, I have been unable to access my own money and have had to rely on others for financial help while waiting for this issue to be resolved. It has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience.
I understand that companies must have security measures in place to protect customers, but there also needs to be an efficient process for resolving legitimate verification issues. My experience has been the opposite.
If you're considering using Exceed/Money Network for your paycheck or direct deposit, I encourage you to carefully research other customers' experiences before making your decision. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I've experienced.

Frozen ad
The ad about "the save 3¢ on gas", pops up by itself and no way to remove it, no choice, doesn't close with time and I don't care at all about that promotion. I closed the app and opened it and it pops up again. Now what?
Worst app
This bank has done nothing but go down hill since 2021. I’ve used you all for over a decade and it has become so bad lately I’m switching banks. No one even cares to answer my concerns.
Good card
I have had this card now for 15 years and have never had a problem with it. I enjoy the fact that I can get some of my paycheck on it 2 days before my actual payday.
