After all these years I’m going to he going some where. I called and talked to a rude woman three disputes I was told before I would get my money back the 23. Well called yesterday the rude woman was talking over me and told me she doesn’t know when I’m getting it back.

Worst online bank
Absolutely the worst mobile banking experience ever. I was lied to by multiple agents concerning my account. It’s virtually impossible to talk to a live person, chatting with the agents is the only way and none of them can tell you the same thing. I chatted with 5 different agents and all 5 of them had completely different answers to supposed “policies” of GoBank and none of them could help fix the problem. My $3-4k a month doesn’t mean a thing to a company like this but that’s my livelihood and means everything to me and I will be closing my account just as soon as I can tie up all loose ends and make sure not another cent of my money can go to GoBank!!
