Please work on this app
It is not like it use to be. I had come to a point when you try to transfer money it will give an error or it’ll look like you didn’t even transfer money which will make what you’re tryna do decline. Please fix it because I’m thinking about letting this app go. It was a time it kept saying error I couldn’t even unlock my money so I had to out everything I was about to buy back because of this app. Please fix it

The Worst Bank Ever
I've been a customer since 2017 and it's been a continuous downhill progression. Currently the ability to send a paper check was taken away and it's not possible to cancel automatic payments. You can't deposit checks 90% of the time. Customer service is overseas and useless. Run away from this bank. Only use them if you are forced to use them.

After all these years I’m going to he going some where. I called and talked to a rude woman three disputes I was told before I would get my money back the 23. Well called yesterday the rude woman was talking over me and told me she doesn’t know when I’m getting it back.
