App won’t open 90 % of time. Can’t access my account

After all these years I’m going to he going some where. I called and talked to a rude woman three disputes I was told before I would get my money back the 23. Well called yesterday the rude woman was talking over me and told me she doesn’t know when I’m getting it back.

Worst online bank
Absolutely the worst mobile banking experience ever. I was lied to by multiple agents concerning my account. It’s virtually impossible to talk to a live person, chatting with the agents is the only way and none of them can tell you the same thing. I chatted with 5 different agents and all 5 of them had completely different answers to supposed “policies” of GoBank and none of them could help fix the problem. My $3-4k a month doesn’t mean a thing to a company like this but that’s my livelihood and means everything to me and I will be closing my account just as soon as I can tie up all loose ends and make sure not another cent of my money can go to GoBank!!

Great app to pay and go.
This app is good to pay for items from stores I transfer money to this account to pay and go. I recommend you apply for it thanks.

Worst mobile banking experience I’ve had. Paid for an INSTANT wire transfer to my GoBank account, did not receive it. Spoke to 4 different customer service reps, the first 3 told me i could not receive wire transfers at all (which i already knew was false), the 4th one said I CAN receive wire transfers, but it will take 5 business days , the same amount of time it would have taken if i did not pay to get it instantly. They hold onto your money, and the people they outsource for customer service don’t even know company policies. They also charge you when you transfer funds from other accounts (cashapp, venmo etc) Will be closing my account as soon as I receive and withdraw my money.

Very bad service
This is a terrible app with awful service. It crashes constantly, has numerous errors, and I can’t transfer money from the vault to my checking account.

This “bank” will take your money, and will not answer your calls. They have no real way of contact and always have technical issues. This is people money and this “bank” do not have a single care about it.
Also, so many hidden fees! Fees for everything and it’s YOUR hard earned money.

App doesn’t function well
For a while I have been receiving errors when trying to log into the app. Also when trying to transfer money in/out of the vault. This causes great frustration and embarrassment when trying to purchase something and can’t.
Worst app ever
This app is down about 85% of the time, conveniently it always seems to go down when it’s the end of the month and time to pay bills. Watch your account closely! GoBank over charges constantly and when you bring it to the attention of the overseas help center, they disconnect your call.
Not letting me log in
This app needs an update or something, it is hard to log in, it’s always saying error, it always decline when I try to transfer money, but the money is gone, it acts like the transfer went through after it declines, and then the money is gone.
Report them to the better business bureau
Constantly not able to transfer money out of the vault nowadays, this is absolutely unacceptable and is compounded by their total lack of reasonable customer service. I'm switching banks immediately, they have absolutely nothing to offer anymore. Contact the better business bureau and any regulatory agency and file prompt and thorough complaints and requests for investigation.

Their app and webpage seldomly work properly anymore. You’ll want to make sure you don’t need to return anything, because returns often have issues being refunded back to your account. The customer service is definitely below average. A few years ago they used to be good, then they went downhill really fast. There’s really nothing easy about their service any longer.

I use to think this app was great but boy was I wrong…they have an option to put your money in the vault and when you need a certain amount you can unstash it…lately the app been acting crazy can’t even get into my own money when I try to unstash it…it’s says error try again..mind you it’s been doing this for almost four day…and I can’t feed my family…can’t put gas in to go to work I mean this is ridiculous

Terrible Company To Many Maintenance Issues
Never get with this company or use the app they always have problems sometimes you can’t get into your account for your money this can be a very serious problem when you have kids! It’s always a maintenance issue!

What wrong with the app?
I haven’t been able to login since Saturday. It literally does nothing, can’t even try to login. I’m giving 4 stars because up until now I haven’t had any issues, but not being able to get to my money is a HUGE problem.
Beware of FEES!
They try to tell you that there are no fees but continue to charge you fees for everything you do! Now they charge a a monthly fee of $8.95!! I have been a loyal customer for years but will take my business elsewhere! Promises…. promises…
