App still down
App has been down for 2 months now, with no end in site. Reps say it’s down for some iPhones but not Androids; that doesn’t help me. Since I’m not a signer on the account, I can’t make mobile deposits on the regular app. Only solution is to take deposits to the bank— so inconvenient and inefficient. This is way too long to be down.

Stopped working
The app stopped opening sometime in August 2025.
Reinstalled, same issue.
Finally called us bank on 9/23/25 - they said an update is coming 9/29/25. Fingers crossed that resolves it.

Support link goes to 404 not found page. App wont open. Called and no one at US Bank knows what’s going on with it.
Absolute garbage
Terrible customer service. Awful user interface. About 600 layers of apathy and incompetence before anyone can help you. It’s truly difficult to tell who cares less, the app designers or the people paid to not help you.
If I wasn’t forced through work to use this app I would never. If you have a choice, I’d say choose any other app. The people behind this app and US Bank will be the eventual reason humanity returns to a barter system.

Awful app, considering closing USB account
What an awful app. Resetting your password is a hassle. For something I am charged for, this is pathetic.
