No customer service
Card was frozen twice for a transaction that I approved. Can’t get anyone one the phone unless your card is locked. Won’t be able to make online purchases with this cards it will freeze. Glad to be done with them!

I hurried up made a new bank account and deleted this dumb app and now I’m trying to delete my account with them. Consistent
Money network app is reliable. However once or twice in a 6 month span. I did have a small login in issue. Customer service helped me out. I erased and reinstalled the app and it started to work. Easy fix other than that. Reliable 👍🏽
I hate the updates
The application sucks to many glitches after updating poor software performance how do I uninstall the updates a fricken nightmare

Apple Pay
I love the app as far as being able to lock my card in an emergency and also being able to make a piggy bank BUT no matter how hard or how many times I try I CANNOT connect it to my Apple Pay and that is honestly a slight inconvenience for me if you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE figure that out
How are they still in business
Absolute garbage I just updated my app and now every time i try to sign in it closes the app and also I’m pretty sure they’re charging my card more than I spend

When you go to answer the questions and if you have a return to work date, make sure you say yes because I thought it meant if my company had work, it means if you can’t work at all so PA unemployment is making me go through some BS review and who knows when I’ll get paid

This app is always freezing or not available I use this for savings and it’s getting so hard to use and t sometimes am about done with it. Then when you call in they’re rude and disconnect you so much
Terrible app
This app is the worst. The customer service number is not even listed on the app itself. Wish I I wouldn’t have to deal with the institutions that use this platform I would give this app a negative star if that was the option
