This app is the worst
Name changing and new card
I’ve been emailing fax my information for I could have my name changed on my car and for them to send me a new car been doing this for three months and I hasn’t get a response back. I’m very disappointed because I can’t use my car because mine expired, and I illegally by the state of New Jersey. I changed my last name. And there hasn’t responded to me at all. Not sure what else to do.

App hasn’t worked in weeks
App hasn’t worked in over 3 weeks, it keeps saying cannot process and to try again later. Even after updating
Too many emails
I don’t need 3-6 emails per day telling me my balance.
Horrible way to manage benefits
Their security AI must be named Gold Digging Trophy Wife because it tries to block every transaction like it feels entitled to your money and you should never be allowed to spend any of it. I spend far too much time on hold with customer service to get my card unlocked because I tried to use it.
Terrible banking app
What a terrible banking app. Figures, because it’s tied to the government for paying out disability. 5 security questions….. really? That’s a bit much. Then I go to do a money transfer after waiting almost 6 weeks with no income and then after you submit the transfer it tells you 2-3 business days. No I have to wait even longer to get paid after 6 weeks. I should’ve expended this because again it’s used by the government

Login setup
I have been through the setup three times now with all the same info each time I had to back out and start again because the continue button was not enabled. I entered the same information each time with different results. Super frustrating.

Why is it so complicated
I never write reviews but setting this card up is genuinely upsetting me. My job has this be your automatic card that your paycheck goes on. Not even setting up my actual bank account was this complicated. Just has the dumbest rules and seems like an overall greedy company. I feel like they would benefit for at least making the set up more easier.

This app sucks.
It’s always a glitchy mess trying to move around in the app. Trying to log in is supposed to be quick and easy. I don’t have to type in my password I have the Face ID on. “Sorry, your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later” And everytime I try to log in it’s sending me the same email saying a new device is trying to log in? I’ve been using the same device to log in for months now. I haven’t changed anything and it won’t even give me the option to give the okay for me to be in the account. Yall need to fix that security issue because how can actual scammers get into random peoples accounts but not those who own the accounts. It’s ridiculous.

Horrible App
Keeps saying I cannot set up a new password because I am putting in the wrong information.That is a lie.Talk to someone who did not understand how to fix it .I need a copy of a transaction to get money back that was taken out illegally.No one can help me.They make me jump thru hoops to get my own money back.I cannot get into my own account.THIS APP SUCKS

My card came with charges already on the account. I’ve heard from multiple people that this company scams you out of money so beware.

Terrible app. Suddenly I can’t sign in. Been trying for a week. I uninstalled and tried again. Error. I tried remember password. Ended up on an endless loop of answering the same security questions over and over agin. I give up. Im disabled and need access to my disability.

Thus far it’s feasible only critique I have is, would appreciate it if it was easier to unlock card rather than having to call every time to unlock card. It’s redundant and a nuisance but, security purposes I could understand maybe two form authentication would be more beneficent in this matter.
