Can’t sign in
Terrible app. Suddenly I can’t sign in. Been trying for a week. I uninstalled and tried again. Error. I tried remember password. Ended up on an endless loop of answering the same security questions over and over agin. I give up. Im disabled and need access to my disability.

Thus far it’s feasible only critique I have is, would appreciate it if it was easier to unlock card rather than having to call every time to unlock card. It’s redundant and a nuisance but, security purposes I could understand maybe two form authentication would be more beneficent in this matter.

No customer service
Card was frozen twice for a transaction that I approved. Can’t get anyone one the phone unless your card is locked. Won’t be able to make online purchases with this cards it will freeze. Glad to be done with them!

Can’t get past 2nd screen asking for email but doesn’t give you opportunity to type it. I can’t see my accounts.

My employee made me use this dumb app bc I didn’t have a bank account at the time and I regret it wholeheartedly! I hurried up made a new bank account and deleted this dumb app and now I’m trying to delete my account with them. They charge u $1-$2 extra anytime u use ur card to purchase anything which is like highway robbery in my eyes! And when I noticed a fraud charge that I never made, when I called to

Consistent
Money network app is reliable. However once or twice in a 6 month span. I did have a small login in issue. Customer service helped me out. I erased and reinstalled the app and it started to work. Easy fix other than that. Reliable 👍🏽
I hate the updates
The application sucks to many glitches after updating poor software performance how do I uninstall the updates a fricken nightmare
