CBT App

App not user friendly. Extremely difficult when trying to deposit a check. Taking a picture of a check and centering the account number and endorsement are not easy. I had to go into the branch to make my deposit. Luckily it worked with this one check but with several attempts .

One star rating because I tried to deposit my check any rejected saying it’s over my limit. Nonsense. I already signed the Back also.

Excessive withdraw

I can believe they charged me 40 dollars for taking out money in my savings why I don’t understand I’m barely making ends meet and have a small savings for my emergency use really upset I liked 1st bank way more then this one one way or another they rob us of my hard earned money
