I’ve talked to a customer service (girl’s name is Lynn Werge) she walked me through the steps for accessing my online banking and despite my computer semi-illiteracy I was able to get it done easily. I really appreciate her insistence and care to make sure I’m able to do what I needed. I moved to another state where is no office of CTB, but I plan to keep my account, because this bank’s customer service is the best I experienced (not only today’s operation) and there was no problem that I was not able to solve, so thank you.

App not user friendly. Extremely difficult when trying to deposit a check. Taking a picture of a check and centering the account number and endorsement are not easy. I had to go into the branch to make my deposit. Luckily it worked with this one check but with several attempts .

One star rating because I tried to deposit my check any rejected saying it’s over my limit. Nonsense. I already signed the Back also.
