Constant glitches

Your app used to work perfectly. I go onto my account and I should be able to clearly see what transactions happens and from where. The app or information glitches and for days or weeks it only shows “Loan advanced credit card - transfer” no way for me to confirm I made those charges. You added additional text/copy to the Home Screen which just makes it cluttered and more confusing. When the app glitches either in trying to log in or my transactions or taking forever to load I begin to lose trust in the bank. You gotta fix this.

Forgot password (pw) goes to screen which asks you to put in current password.

Apparently the app creators haven’t properly tested the software. They also don’t know the difference between reset pw and forgot pw.
