Bank Elsewhere!!!
I cannot emphasize enough how much I hate this bank…. And the list continues to grow on a regular basis. They put holds on my checks for weeks at a time, they don’t even accept transfers from one bank account to another same day. I did a Zelle transfer from my primary bank TO this bank and they returned it. Only reason I have to use them is because of my HELOC loan which they make it sooooo hard to take out my own money AND pay back MY OWN money that the frustration and inconvenience has been so bad that I’m doing a CASH advance from a credit card to pay this off and be rid of them. On top of that, they wouldn’t even reimburse me the annual fee of $25 after returning my check 3 times. It wasn’t about the month, it was the ethical gesture that would have made a difference. They said sorry it’s too high for them to credit back. Run… RUN…. I historically don’t do business with banks and this catastrophe has cemented my stance as to why.

Hate new upgrade on the APP
The pages in each accounts are completely all confusing and appears cluttered. Please change back to the previous APP settings.
Zelle option
Overall, the app is smooth and works great. Day to day functionality gets me what I need. However there is no way to link Zelle with the app and it’s extremely frustrating when trying to make online transactions or bill payments. If this was fixed I would easily give a five star!
