Terrible App Design
This is the most difficult bank app to log into. Instead of using passkeys or actual two factor and texting a security code it’s set up to answer security questions. Each time I update the app it asks security questions. Incredibly outdated and unprofessional system. Please fix the outdated “ two factor “. I’m always locked out and cannot get logged in yet again. Same with the website, had to call the bank when it locked me out, then wait for someone to call me back.

Hard to open app, times out before opening.
Basic and not as great
Besides it being very slow and unreliable/ unresponsive at times. It is very basic. You really can’t do much on it.
Stuck at title screen
After first install, it will no longer load menus or logins. All it shows is the logo and a picture. Works once after reinstalling, then goes back to the same problem. Worthless.
