Keep locking me out
My doctor sometimes forgets to put the paperwork in so I can’t get my rewards.
It was nice to have but every time I login in it tells me it’s not me.I get tired of calling customer service. The rewards come in great sometimes so I can buy myself food from Walmart or Amazon.
I just wish they will fix it so I don’t have to call twice month.

I love this BCCHP IL rewards program because it definitely comes in handy

The reward are good I get the ecard one sent to my email.
Sometimes the doctor do take a while but to send in your results. Some insurance does do rewards. I’m so happy that Blue Cross Blue Shield does.

Not good
Drs too busy for this it is a waste and they didn't give me rewards twice and the rewards expires too soon. Other insurance just give credit to use on websites like CVS. Im sure they can do better than this.

No rewards
No nothing drs doesn’t have time to update files on internet and insurance doesn’t have access I guess. Would have been okay. I guess the app and their other app needs updating.
