There’s bad, and then there’s this app.
Hands down the worst app I have ever had to use.
The builder knows about all the glitches in their app and has done nothing to fix it for the past year.
The calibration on the screen is off, so anytime you try to click on an icon it always hits the wrong one.
If you need to correct any typing, it’s nearly impossible to move the cursor to the correct line.
The app times out constantly and can take forever to load.
My guess is that this builder has a long-term contract with our company, and therefore no-incentive to improve their app.

Need a way to share customers
The mobile app is so weak. I need a way to be able to share customer profiles on the chat with employees like you can do on the computer.
Hot steamy garbage
Just riddled with bugs and/or bad UI. For a company (TheCRM) that prides themselves on tech/AI, and being a leader in CRMs, this app is laughable. You can tell it’s an afterthought for them at this point.
Could be better
Formatting messages and uploading pics/videos are not fluid. Hitting enter sometimes deletes a line and sometimes it deletes text.
Still can’t figure out how the rating system works to best work through my customers. Wish there was a way to search specific notes I’ve made about the customers to reach back out to them
