The e-edition reading experience is absolutely frustrating. Someone from the Korean War era must have designed it. It is horrible!!!!!!!!!

Why did someone change the app?

I used to have no problem reading the e-edition on the app. Then, someone decided to do an “update”. We even got an email telling us about it and to make sure we logged in before next week. I did this but now the app crashes all the time and I cannot consistently access the pages. I really hope there is another “update” coming.

New version doesn't work on older iPads

My iPad 5th generation works fine on everything but this app. I assume it is because of my inability to do current iOS updates. Now when I open this new version, the page reloads twice and then crashes. I pay for a digital subscription and should be able to use it!

Disappointed

I will be very glad when the "glitches" get fixed so I don't have to navigate my "Library" to get past The Piscataquis Observer to be able to get to the BDN that I have set to automatically download. Customer Service says they are "working on it." It has been almost a month. Sure, I can tap a few buttons, but this isn't as advertised!
