We're sorry to hear you've had trouble logging in. You'll need to create a Resin ID login at this site to log into the app for the first time: https://my.kiplinger.com/login/wlogin.php . If you're having trouble recovering a Resin password / username you already set, please send an e-mail to sub.services@kiplinger.com if you experience difficulty logging in to the Resin ID system.
Digital and magazine site should be better integrated

Thank you for this suggestion. Subscribers can access both magazine stories and digital articles through our website - they're just in different areas of the site. For subscription products like the magazine, log into https://my.kiplinger.com/login/wlogin.php, where you can read all of our issues via streamlined web reader or PDF download. For digital articles, go to our homepage at www.kiplinger.com. You can also use the mobile app, which currently only supports magazine issues. Our near-term mobile app roadmap includes introducing a website story feed, so you will be able to read Kiplinger magazine issues alongside all of our website articles, right within the app. Thanks for your patience, and thanks for reading.

Once you log into the website, they should be available under "My Kip" => "My Subscriptions". If you haven't already, you'll need to create a Resin ID login at this site: https://my.kiplinger.com/login/wlogin.php . If you're logged in already, and the system still doesn't recognize your active subscription / excludes , then please visit this site to resolve issues with linking your subscription to your website profile: https://service.kiplinger.com/login

*Update I received a message with the same steps I have already took and the email I never received an answer from so honestly this company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will take your money and then in public say oh we are sorry message here and whe you do you don’t get answers! I have already wrote off that $37 or whatever it was because at this point I don’t even know anymore but I hope others don’t fall prey to their poor business practices!!!
