Trying to access previous issues

Unable to sign on to app. Could not find on line passworhelp so download was useless

Digital and magazine site should be better integrated

Digital articles and magazine stories should show up on the same site

Good magazine. Awful app

I’ve been subscribing to this magazine for years. I can no longer download it. I also have trouble getting it to recognize my subscription just about every time I use it.

Customer Service

I was super excited to get these magazines and digital versions but I paid for both and while yes I get my digital version I have yet to see the first magazine and I have tried 4 times to reach out through social media, email, and any other way I could find to reach out but the customer service is no where to be found! I haven’t had a single response to any of my requests for someone to reach out to me!!! I love the information but if you have any issues or need to speak to someone this company doesn’t care or even try. Very frustrating!

*Update I received a message with the same steps I have already took and the email I never received an answer from so honestly this company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will take your money and then in public say oh we are sorry message here and whe you do you don’t get answers! I have already wrote off that $37 or whatever it was because at this point I don’t even know anymore but I hope others don’t fall prey to their poor business practices!!!

Very Poor App for Paid Subscription

App needs to be deleted and reinstalled every time you want to use. Development Team unresponsive to bug submissions.

Access problems

I’ve been a Kiplinger print and digital subscriber for years and have enjoyed using the app until recently. The app will no longer allow me to read articles unless I pay an additional subscription for the app.

Nice magazine. Horrible customer service

I subscribed to the print and digital magazine. I downloaded the app but all the articles are still locked a few days later.

I emailed. No response. I contacted the developer through the app. Again no response. What good is an app when you can’t access any of the articles?

I can access the website and pdf articles but you can’t of course click right to the article and the “experience” they brag about just isn’t the same.

I have subscribed in the past with access to their app so whomever is now minding the store is asleep.

Maybe a bad review will wake them up!

TERRIBLE TIME LOGGING IN

I have been a subscriber ever since MONEY magazine transferred my subscription, and I like it. However your internet subscription needs improvement! Logging in is Terrible. Please improve it.

Horrible Experience

I just subscribed to Kiplinger Personal Finance through Kiplinger’s website. I saw that they had an app and downloaded that. Every time I’ve tried to login it says I do not have a subscription. However, I am able to login onto the Kiplinger website. After trying for 2 1/2 days I finally got frustrated and called a customer service number I found within the app. I was told I would not be able to read any issues on the app until April!! So I’ve paid the money, and per Kiplinger’s own advice, downloaded the app for a “better experience.” And I’m now being told I will be unable to use that “better experience” app until April! At this rate, I can guarantee I will NOT renew my subscription to Kiplinger!!

Broken

Unable to download Feb issue. What happened?

Does not work

I just bought a two year subscription have logged into the app and it’s still asking me to buy the magazines. App not working. I want my money back

Does not recognize subscription

I love Kiplinger but their online recognition of subscriptions is terrible. For starters look at this site to find where a subscriber logs in. Then try the system button in the bottom left. Good luck getting connected.

Paid for subscription but it doesn’t register

The app has minimal account management features. Purchased a subscription but it still shows all magazines as preview or purchase. When I go to the subscribe button it says I’m already subscribed. Super frustrating and a waste of money. For a company that writes such good content, they should invest more in their app

Warning this app is not from Kiplinger’s. It is misleading! Beware!

Rip off

Although I have a paid subscription the app won’t restore my purchases. The website is useless because it won’t let you log in while overseas.

Kiolinger Mag Subscription

Very difficult to use the app. Not clear where to log in or get the my digital Kiplinger

I cannot get the app to work on my iPhone - just one circular set of instructions ultimately leading to frustration

Reconsider what your doing

Long time reader of Kiplinger, love the magazine.

Recent switch to app delivery of content is a failure.

The application is dysfunctional; and does not serve end user.

Please correct.

This is going to become a time drain, that will inevitably push me away.
