Useless app
For a major medical corporation to not have an app that can integrate the online patient portal with apple health is just ridiculous.
Not only is this app not a patent portal, it’s also full of bugs and has not been updated in 2 years.

This app and its option for virtual health care visits makes it so much easier to get the little things taken care of! No more dragging my kids to the urgent care to wait hours to be seen. It’s a little more costly than a co-pay, but for the convenience of it I would much rather pay the higher price! I’d give this a 10/5 if I could!

I am not much of computer savvy, but the app was very easy. And of course the drs office is always super helpful.
So much healthier than going out in public!
Can’t say enough how great this service helps when kids are sick. No stress of having to bundle up and take a sick kid out into a public setting.

It is difficult getting to office since we no longer drive so this is easier.
Dr George was terrific
Dr George was welcoming, listened, analytical and personable. Connected care was easy to set up, use, navigate. She could see my throat using iPhone camera and a flashlight.
Enjoyed this new way
I didn’t have to drive and rush to my appointment. No worries of being stuck by trains, farm equipment, construction, where to park or weather issues. There was a little technical issue reason for giving a 4 & not a 5. It did froze once but only 5 sec. or so, but never had any strange voices, not echoes, picture was clear. I have used others live stream apps. This was easy to use. Hopefully I will be able to use this app again for a live appointment.
