It’s always a card error when you are trying to unlock your card and especially on holidays! WORST BANK EVER AND BANKNG APP.
Don’t recommend
I just joined Beacon CU to find out they don’t allow checks to be deposited mobile for 30-45 days after opening an account. I spoke with the branch manager at Logan’s Lane who offered to do literally nothing to help the situation. From beginning to end this bank has been a nightmare
It’s always something
The app doesn’t work consecutively at all. It’s always being worked on and something is always an application error like every other day and it’s literally the same things that say it!
No landscape orientation available
the app does the job but it’s the only app on my iPad that can’t rotate to landscape orientation so I only use it on my phone.
Aggravating
I like the app and the face Recognition but it hardly every works and it takes forever if it works at all
Frequent changes
I like the app but it seems that I have to change my password every few weeks. I understand for security but it seems a little too much.
Simple and to the Point
Touch ID login is a breeze. Plus access to all my accounts and activities right up front. Much better than some banking apps that require you to go through too many hoops to get to the info you need.
I would recommend this app to all Beacon customers. It will likely replace all my online banking needs.
