Worst bank experience ever
Imagine having your card locked so many times randomly you memorize all the prompts and card numbers. And when you travel out of town for work your card locks again after the 1 millionth time unlocking it and your stuck in a parking lot all night 10/10 would never recommend a bank like this who doesnt value their CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS

ValleyStar Credit Union is the best financial institution that I have had the opportunity to do business with. The employees, from the President to the janitors are knowledgeable and competent to handle any situation. Anyone who rates this app 5 stars is a bot or paid to review. This app is not only buggy, ValleyStar itself is one of the worst banking options I've used. Every time I have issues with any new update or system they do and have to email them first every problem. Very close to switching banks.
App continues to log me out!!
The recent update to the app is 10x better. The app still continues to log me out when I use biometric login. Get that fixed and it will make things much easier. Otherwise everything I pretty self explanatory and easy to find.
