I am so disappointed with the 2 years of my time and nothing really happened on my end. My credit is still not right. Just a waste of money.

They only help with the process and paperwork of disputes. If a collection company opts to sue you then you have to pay. They don’t help with any legal representation when the collection company’s choose to go after you for the money. Collections company can opt to take you to court regardless of what this company does for you and then you are on your own our can pay attorneys they contract with but it still is your responsibility.
