Been waiting an hour for October 2017 to download that I purchased… longest beading project EVER!
Can’t get any of my paid for editions
This app used to be great, then an update broke it so it wouldn’t even open. this week it finally decided to open but it is impossible to restore my paid for magazines. I had a subscription for FOUR YEARS and now it’s all gone and wasted! Wish I had bought paper magazines! Can’t even work out how to contact someone to help as I don’t have a membership number as I paid via iTunes. Hopeless waste of my money.

Almost impossible to open the app!
I’ve been trying to open the app for over ten minutes, and all I get is the front page with a whirly wheel going round and round. It won’t open or load so my subscription is pointless. I’ve managed to open the app once, it took 30 minutes just to be able to see the issues I’ve got. Truly the worst app I’ve ever used, it because my subscription is through iTunes I’m stuck with it. If I could give it no stars I would.

Extremely poor
I have purchased this subscription for a couple of years. For about 3 months the app has refused to open. Looking in my app history it shows no subscription to Bead and Button at all. I am unable to access any of the magazines purchased. I have tried lots of suggested fixes with no gain. I have submitted a query to the company and had no reply. Extremely poor wish I had purchased hard copies.

Dreadful
Trying to restore purchases using my Apple ID (which is what I used to subscribe) - just spinning and spinning... if anyone can suggest a way of escalating this (can’t even back out to get to the main menu) I’d be eternally grateful!
