eigentlich gut, aber null Support

ich nutze die App schon seit Jahren auf dem Ipad, und es hat immer super funktioniert. Jetzt kann ich auf dem Ipad keine Nachrichten mehr senden, nur noch empfangen (auf dem Iphone geht es). Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen. Trotz mehrfacher Mails und Rückrufbitten per AB stellt sich der Support seit Wochen tot. Das geht gar nicht! Früher hätte ich der App fünf Sterne gegeben, weil sie super ist, wenn sie läuft.

Nutze sie seit ein paar Jahren und liebe die Flexibilität. Die App ist zuverlässig und der Kundenservice wirklich top, falls sich Fragen ergeben (z.B. warum manche Gerichte mit dem eEB Schwierigkeiten haben;). Danke!

Den ganzen Tag nicht erreichbar, der QR-Code des Portals kann nicht erkannt werden. Derzeit ohne Nutzen! Sehr schade!

Einloggen Problem

Ich benötige jedes Mal unzählige Versuche, um einmal in die App zu kommen.
Daraufhin habe ich angefragt, was zu tun ist. Eine Antwort habe ich bis jetzt nicht erhalten. Ich zahle nun also, aber die App funktioniert nicht richtig und der Service ist sehr schlecht.
Man erwartet zumindest eine Reaktion, wenn man ein Problem mit Ihrer App hat.

Ich bin hellauf begeistert von der App und ärgere mich nur, dass ich sie nicht früher schon entdeckt habe. Die Einrichtung funktionierte dank der guten Anleitung relativ einfach und schnell. Es funktioniert alles tadellos und zuverlässig. Schade ist nur, dass das Versenden von Nachrichten mit qualifizierter Signatur nicht möglich ist. Man kann nur Nachrichten ohne eine solche versenden.
