When the issue is resolved, the ticket is closed. While Generating Tickets Customers have to upload Photos and Video as well so support team can easily track problem. Each incoming problem is registered as a ticket to streamline the process of customer support service. Raise tickets, track progress, resolve issues, and close tickets effortlessly.
