Beamer: Digital Signage TV

Beamer is digital signage for any TV with an Apple TV. Put your menu, opening hours and promotions on screen in your café, restaurant, gym, salon or shop, and run it all from your iPhone. SETUP IN A FEW MINUTES Open Beamer on the Apple TV, scan the QR code with your iPhone, name the screen, done. Every new account starts with an example playlist, and the Apple TV app has a demo you can play before pairing. WHAT GOES ON SCREEN Build playlists of slides on your phone and pick which playlists each screen plays. Use a screen as a digital menu board, a welcome screen or a promotions display: - Photos and images from your camera roll, camera or Files, one or many at once. Share straight from the Photos app. - Announcements: a title and message on a color theme, with an optional photo behind or beside the text. - Live weather for any location, with a seven-day forecast. - A world clock for one or more cities, analog or digital. - A website, shown as a fresh snapshot each time it comes up. - Live train departures for a Dutch railway station (NS). - With Pro: videos from your phone and live video streams. Set each slide's duration, switch slides off without deleting them, drag to reorder, and preview the playlist on your phone. Landscape and portrait screens are both supported. SCHEDULING (PRO) Give a playlist rules for when it plays: the breakfast menu until 11, the lunch menu from 11 to 3, a promotion only between two dates, an overnight window. Several playlists on one screen take turns, and when nothing is scheduled the screen says so. CHANGE IT FROM ANYWHERE Edits publish over the internet, not just your Wi-Fi. The screen picks them up when it finishes its current loop, or right away if you turn on "Updates immediately". From your phone you can see whether each screen is online and when it was last seen, flash a red border on the TV to identify it, restart playback, or change its orientation. BUILT TO BE LEFT ALONE Digital signage has to keep running when nobody is watching it. The screen never goes to sleep while Beamer is playing. Images, videos and the last-known playlists are stored on the Apple TV, so if the internet drops the screen keeps playing and reconnects on its own. If a screen stays offline, Beamer sends a push notification to your iPhone after a delay you choose, or never. FREE AND PRO Start with a guest account, no sign-up needed. Free includes one screen, two playlists and ten slides per playlist, with every slide type except video. Pro removes those limits and unlocks video slides and scheduling. Pro is one monthly or annual subscription for your whole account, covering every screen you pair. Sign in with email or with Apple to use the same account on another iPhone or iPad. WHAT BEAMER DOES NOT DO - No web dashboard or desktop app. Everything is managed from the iPhone or iPad app. - No special hardware to buy. No signage player box, no media stick. It runs on the Apple TV you already own. - No per-screen pricing. Pro is one flat subscription however many screens you run. - No live mirror of the TV on your phone.
