By far the most frustrating app I’ve ever attempted to use. Getting signed in is impossible…after entering dual authentication it repeatedly gives an error. Have never successfully logged into app without tech support. Useless.
App doesn’t work on login
It crashes when you login. Useless.
Yes - It’s back!
I’ve missed the old Informed Delivery app. I hated using the USPS app after it was discontinued. Now I can see just what I want as soon as I log in. 2 stars off because - just like the USPS app and website, you have to log in EVERY time. Hate that! I don’t use face recognition so still type in my info. The previous Informed Delivery app kept you logged in. Give us the option to stay logged I. And this is a 5 star app!

I cannot create an account or access an existing one
The app says my account has been deleted. But trying to create a new one gets the response that the username and email are already taken. I see from other reviews that this is a common problem. I realize this is not the fault of the app itself but rather the processing going on behind it.
