App Doesnโt Work
Downloaded app, added my tracking number for my package and after a few hours it disappeared, and now says my tracking number canโt be found however it works fine on Veho website. App is useless.
This App Is Pitiful
No customer service, constant in app errors, today it says I donโt have a package like I canโt make this up I can only view the status of my order online not in the app customer service since me a link to download the app as response lol this will fs put a fault to online shopping for me
The Worst Delivery Service
I hate that Tula has resorted to using a cheaper delivery partner. Iโve lived in my apartment complex going on 5 years and have ordered from Tula multiple times with no delivery issues. My most recent order was โdeliveredโ by Veho to the complexโs clubhouse despite having an apartment number listed for delivery. Within 10 minutes I go to retrieve the package. Itโs not there and someone from the office comes out to tell me they told him they donโt accept packages, pointed out the apartment number on the box and said to deliver there. Followed up with Veho support and the driver provided a picture of the literal apartment name sign out on the street to confirm that where he delivered the package. ON. THE. STREET. $350 order just in the wind.
