App Doesn’t Work
Downloaded app, added my tracking number for my package and after a few hours it disappeared, and now says my tracking number can’t be found however it works fine on Veho website. App is useless.
This App Is Pitiful
No customer service, constant in app errors, today it says I don’t have a package like I can’t make this up I can only view the status of my order online not in the app customer service since me a link to download the app as response lol this will fs put a fault to online shopping for me
The Worst Delivery Service
I hate that Tula has resorted to using a cheaper delivery partner. I’ve lived in my apartment complex going on 5 years and have ordered from Tula multiple times with no delivery issues. My most recent order was “delivered” by Veho to the complex’s clubhouse despite having an apartment number listed for delivery. Within 10 minutes I go to retrieve the package. It’s not there and someone from the office comes out to tell me they told him they don’t accept packages, pointed out the apartment number on the box and said to deliver there. Followed up with Veho support and the driver provided a picture of the literal apartment name sign out on the street to confirm that where he delivered the package. ON. THE. STREET. $350 order just in the wind.

DELAYED DELIVERY
I have a HelloFresh subscription and they use Veho for my order that’s supposed to get delivered every Monday. Every single Monday, since August 2024 my package has been late or delayed to where the package ends up getting delivered the next day. I even had my package get delivered at 10:30 AT NIGHT, when I was already in bed and had school the next morning! Veho is extremely unreliable and does not even tell me what time my package will be delivered until later in the day. By that point I’ve already gone and bought fast food, which defeats the whole purpose of HelloFresh, especially if I have to end up spending more money on food!

Stole package
The courier marked the package as delivered and stole it. The administration is unable to resolve this issue.
Horrible
Don't even waste your time installing this app. It's useless. I installed it, saw my tracking info and went to check later and all the info was gone. Deleted and reinstalled app, restarted phone, nothing. No tracking showing up at all. Support is a joke. Biggest waste of 25 minutes of my life. There's no way at all to turn on notifications of where your package is. I never even heard of this company and hope my package actually gets delivered.

The WORST delivery app
Would rate 0 if I could if you see this as you delivery service call and ask for your package to be changed. Drivers do not complete deliveries in a safe and successful way. I ordered a package and live in an apartment complex with a main office and secure package room. Driver asked for my code before arriving and I am out of town so I gave the code and informed them to drop off in office however they placed it on doorstep resulting in theft. Now I have never had any delivery brought to my door at this apartment unless specified otherwise and never got refunded.

They don’t follow your instructions
Instructions were written on the app. It was for an office. They were not followed including delivering on a holiday and dropping it outside the office instead of bringing into the office.
Decent App With Terrible Support
The app is good if all you want to do is track. If you want to contact their customer support then that’s a whole different story. It only gives you the option to text their support line, which is the same as online. They responded once and then I never heard back again, even after multiple messages sent at different times. They then delivered the package to the incorrect address (which thankfully the photo supports) but they provided no support themselves. So the app is pretty pointless if you do not use their company frequently

so so bad.
first time being forced to use this because the company i bought from i guess is using them for shipping now. i hope they don’t for long. so far tracking has been a major hassle, the app sucks and doesn’t offer the services they advertise. i can’t find anywhere to ‘take a photo of delivery spot’ or even give delivery introductions. i had to contact a representative just to get my tracking to work on their own app. it doesn’t synch with things like shop app. i am worried for my upcoming delivery, reading reviews makes me nervous. i’m unable to write any kind of delivery instructions and i need to because i wont be home when delivered. i think, anyway, considering there’s no updates and it’s not even able to give a rough estimate??… definitely worse tracking/ shipping partner i’ve had to use yet. we’ll see.

Very bad
Terrible delivery service!!! My package never actually reached me! I received a notification stating that I had refused the package—even though neither the package nor the driver was ever there!!! The package was sent back! I waited a whole week for it, and the delivery was constantly being rescheduled! It’s an absolute disgrace!!! I have nothing but problems with this company!!!

Does not pay enough
Waste gas and time have to do more labor not worth the effort you can make $150 for the same amount of time if you do dash or uber eats

Customer support is AI and unhelpful, they’ll tell you they’re escalating to management but never hear back.
Horrible delivery
Somehow these drivers ALWAYS have issues delivering. Instead of calling they often leave packages at the wrong place. Whenever I see a company is using veho I always think if ordering from them is even worth it

Worst people ever
I ordered a package from edikted that was very expensive, and they sent the package through this carrier. The driver deliberately delivered the package to a completely different address. The address was very clear on my package and for some reason they sent it left it up 2 blocks at a different apartment complex. My package is now stolen. Don’t know how this company is still running, terrible service.

Drivers ILLEGAL practices
This has happened to me not once, but THREE TIMES within the span of 2 months. The Veho driver(s) have placed my package INSIDE MY MAILBOX which is illegal. A literal crime. Once I was able to retrieve the package myself before USPS saw, but the other 2 times have been while I was not home and my USPS delivery driver has to take the package back to the post office, and I have to end up paying my own money to the post office to retrieve the package, when IM NOT THE ONE AT FAULT HERE! Reporting it to Veho is absolutely no help. They face no repercussions and just say to contact the merchant to get the fee that I had to pay refunded, but obviously the merchant isn’t going to pay for it because it isn’t their fault. This is absolutely ridiculous and an ongoing problem. Veho needs to be shut down.
