Cancelled orders

Twice now they have given me an over $300 order. I get to location and they say it’s assigned to another driver now. No cancel fee. No email or message support. I’ll stop driving until they figure this out. Wasting my time and gas for nothing. FYI go to small claims court over this.

Very Happy with The Company

I have been using Dispatch for two years now in the Iacksonville market and have only positive things to say. The app works great and the payouts seem good for the work. I do wish they had more clients in the area so I could make it my only gig but hopefully they will continue to grow.
