These people keep reaching out to me about new openings in my area and I have a whole new # and email but somehow they can send me sms messages saying availability but when I try to log in they make me take this survey first before I even get in and the survey is completely computer ran and keeps cutting me off going back to the beginning of the survey so dam annoying Curri has no way to contact them even tho they act like they do this is ridiculous I just want to drive stop sending me available route messages if your not gonna respond to the test or open up a customer support phone line simple as that so terrible so so far

I just had a bad experience on my 3rd delivery. Accepted night before, confirmed 1hr ahead of delivery, app recognized that i confirmed.
I show up wait for the business to open and 9 mins prior to pick up app notifies me that i’m unassigned because i did not confirm. The rate goes up afterwards.
The app has bugs, make sure to take a pic of the app telling you its confirmed. Good thing for me i took pics of pickup, drop off, and names. The help desk is slow, they did not give me the higher rate.
Just be cautious and snap a pic after you confirmed.
