They don’t care about their drivers
I’ve been driving with Bree for about two years now and I gotta say they really don’t care about their drivers policy always like between the customer service agents you ever have to wait for an item. Don’t do it because it’s like a 50-50 if they’re gonna pay you more I would take 2575 that they’re not gonna pay you for wait time even though they say they are and then once you do once that happens, you can’t even get a hold of anybody from customer service because then they just ghosted you even though it says active that they’re there but while you’re waiting and they’re telling you to wait in all this other stuff yeah they’re talking to every minute to make sure that you stay but once you pick it up, they don’t wanna pay you. It’s really really bad people and then again that I think the worst problem is that it all really depends on the customer service rep that you get if they’re gonna pay you or not cause I don’t think they even know their policies they send out a policy saying that it’s 30 minutes for cars and sprinter vans and for box trucks and larger in an hour. I’m gonna pick up Truck. I qualify under the under sprinter van, I’m not bigger sprinter van I’m smaller than the sprinter van and again only 25% of the time they’ll try to pay, and even then you still have to fight for it, which shouldn’t be that hard of a process. Same thing goes with if things are overweight, they don’t care.

Useless Map
If you enjoy being treated like a baby, you’ll love how Curri spoon-feeds information: First, you’ll see a fuzzy map of the route. Second, you’ll get only the pickup address. Third, after you drive to the pickup address and complete the pickup, you’ll get the delivery address. On a scheduled delivery, this info drip could be hours-long. If the fuzzy map offered a bit more clarity, it would keep the simple—the nuts and bolts of this business—simple. There is a big difference—a 30+ minute difference on a school day during a morning commute—between Santa Rita Ranch in Georgetown, Texas and La Conterra in Georgetown, Texas: The former is hell on earth; the latter is a quick zip to an 80mph tollway. Time is money with gig work, and Curri work doesn’t pay by the hour. Modernize the map to the 21st century, and you would remove one annoyance. And stop labeling a Tacoma a “car.” That, too, is annoying . . . and a topic for another review.

DONT GET THIS app work for your self start your own LLC go to LOCAL business roofing supply companys whatever supply company’s you see don’t be afraid to let them know what you can do pickup truck car suv/ sprinter . Don’t be afraid don’t work for the white man. I’m 20 year old be your own boss this app will screw you don’t let me get start a trying to get help bruhhhh AI IS NOT IT. DONT WATSE YOUR TIME HERE. My problem come when the shipper said I was doing a good job. The shipper said I appreciate how you don’t break in our delivers that you do for us. I felt good but then when Curri called me and told me that a broker requested me they will give you less money bc on Curri app if an order is not grab with an a time frame the pay will go up $4 dollars or they can text you and you can bid witch is better. But then when I was getting requested they lowered my pay and got to the shipper location they would add more then what’s in the order so don’t waste your time here please

Do Not Do Long Trips!
I’ve done Curri delivery for 3 months, the start was good with reasonable pay on mileage. After few deliveries I believe there is an algorithm that starts giving you scraps. Information for pick up and drop offs are not updated leaving you stranded reaching out to anyone to receive/drop off order. When that happens be prepared to wait for order pick up over 30mins in which you only get 2-5 dollars compensation say: you drove an eta of 25 minutes to pick up, another 30+ minutes wait for pick up at facility, then getting stuck in traffic due to the wait you just did a 33$ delivery for almost 2hours…that’s not enough to bring in profit wearing down your vehicle along gas burned going back into fuel money. The Con that made me take a break was when 2 deliveries got flagged for not delivering at location. Even with proof of delivery screenshot at address along with their paperwork confirming pin point of drop off was at location they fought and blamed me of incorrect location?? Remember drivers are expandable while they sit in office with full immunity. If you need side money and you’re on Curri platform I highly suggest short deliveries and stack em through the day than doing one long trip for under $40.

This App SUCKS!!! Was on it when it started.payed descent now it pays horrible.. they deserves no stars. They have the worst pay of any delivery app available.. Try Roadie.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CROOKS!!!! Also know to not pay until months later… B.SPELLS ❤️

Weight Not Factored
When Curri charges a customer they factor in distance, size and weight. But when they pay the driver they only factor in distance. They pocket the extra they charged for weight and size and only pay you for miles. 1.3k pounds pays the same as 45 pounds.
Lots of problems
Bad support help button doesn’t work they take days to reply you’ll looose out in money they don’t let you accept multiple jobs customers cheat you with load sizes and CURRI doesn’t respond to charge more
App crashing
My app is not working. I log in see it the pow going can not even send a message from the app. No one have emailed me back in months.
Got signed out for no reason
I’ve been signed out somehow and now can’t get back in, I emailed them and was informed that I wasn’t banned but when I try to sign in and get the verification code nothing happens. I’m even trying to sign in on the web page and I still get nothing when I try to get a password reset.
Waste of time, possible scam!
I signed up weeks ago and all I get is, we’ll let you know when the demand is there. I live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. One of the largest metro areas in the US. If they do t have enough business here I question their authenticity. I would pass this up if I had it to do again. Waste of your time!

Downgraded company
This used to be a good company to carry loads for, the payments was fair for the dedicated loads done, however on the last update they decrease the rates about 60% of their usual payment for the same work. I refuse to work for a company the puts profits over people. I hope more people realize this and stops working for the

They are scammers they tell you to deposit 30 dollars that later you are going to drive and they pass you off the waiting list and then you only wait 2 months for them to answer you and tell you that you are deactivated and you can't drive they are scammers scammers

Great app overall. The interface is easy to use and the delivery process has been smooth. I’ve had good experiences with the loads I’ve completed so far. My only wish is that there were more opportunities in my area, and sometimes offers disappear so fast you barely have time to review them.
