My account was deactivated for no reason for lies because of sun run employee do not want to put their personal trash in a trash bag. They may fall allegation stating that I’m being a professional and instead of you guys have my back you guys deactivate my account you guys are wrong and that’s why you guys get in at one star I wish I could give you guys a zero star you guys don’t deserve no star. I am a worker a slave.

Power Draw

I find myself having to constantly turn this app off due to the immense amount of power that it draws from battery and increase memory and CPU usage even if I have it running in the background it’s still cooks my phone after turning it off or going off-line all the other apps that I have running don’t seem to draw this amount of utilization. Terrible design.

The amount of times this app keeps crashing is simply ANNOYING

Needs improvement

Not enough available deliveries near me. Pay for deliveries is not enough to cover expenses. Item descriptions do not give accurate information for sizes and weights.

Not enough Money

The time it takes to delivery items in the Atlanta area is not worth the money being paid.

Great app, but payouts need to increase to reflect rising gas prices. As a courier it means many delivery gigs just aren't worth the trip anymore.

You won’t believe this

Dispatch now pays less than Roadie. A huge job from Home Depot that is $30 on Roadie pays $20 on Dispatch. The race to the bottom might be finished. Hopefully they lose Home Depot quickly.

A customer said i did not deliver an order, and i 100% did, And im certain of it. And i got blocked on the app! Basically fired . I dont like how one sided this is.

this isn’t the 1990’s

Oh boy…signed up with this outfit. When you login, you can log into a Practice Mode (called Sandbox), or login to the Real/Active Mode & get going. I opted for Sandbox to familiarize. (1) in Sandbox, it told me to go to Stripe to set up a payment link to my bank. When I went through that method it ended up a dead end which led to getting stuck & confused, and no way to get unstuck. I worked with AI, who said “in the Real environment you won’t set up with Stripe directly.” (So, why does it allow you to go down the road & get frustrated in Sandbox mode?)

(2) I then want to get out of Sandbox practice mode and go Live to the real Dispatch. From the Dispatch app, there is no menu/button/path to exit Sandbox & go to Live mode. Amazing.

(3) I’m a super early riser. It’s 4am, I decide to chat with AI in the Dispatch app & figure it out. The AI is “sleeping”, I get a message that AI doesn’t work until 7a-4p. (Why is an AI tool in an app not 24/7/365? Isn’t that the point of AI things - to have an intelligent artificial assistant be able to help when human personnel are off the clock?)

I’m sure this will get worked out. But this first foray into the app is underwhelming, and giving off “it’s the 1990’s, we’re trying to figure this internet thing out” vibes.

(A) the Sandbox practice mode should state clearly that in Live mode you don’t have to sign up with Stripe - that Dispatch will help you link your bank account through Dispatch to get paid by Stripe. (B) this next one is glaringly HUGE. In the Dispatch app, why is there no obvious/clear option to exit Sandbox practice mode and enter Live/Active/Working mode? (C) AI Chat Assistance in the app should be 24/7/365, not just 8a-5p or similar limited hours. I can’t get out of Practice Mode and into Live Mode (to get going with working) because AI needs to….sleep?

This is not what you’d expect from an app in 2026. Lacks fluidity and helpful reminders, practice mode doesn’t properly emulate Live mode (leading to confusion), and some of the most basic navigation options within the app are non-existent.
