Best App Available
I've worked doing Gig work since 2016 and I must say that since I was approved to deliver for DispatchIt, it is the best by far app available today. Many blessings to come, working for DispatchIt.
Review of the app so far
The app overall really isn’t hard to use. The only thing is wish is it would have a link for adjustments. I wish they had where you can actually talk to a real person not computer chat because. We’re on the road trying to drive and we need to handle things right away. I can’t drive and text. I do like that it allows you to take multiple photos when you deliver.

You are disposable to Dispatch
Not worth it unless you want to deliver multiple 100+ lb items to 2nd story apartments by hand for $15. This really happened. You’ll be expected to deliver cumbersome 100+ lb items up 2 & 3 story apartments. They won’t send help or allow you to return items in this case. The mentality is do it & when you break your back in the process we’ll just replace you with someone else

I like this app I love to work off of this app but it crashes a lot when trying to look at a offer that pops up. Which this creates a problem with my personal score because it re recognize it as if I’m not engaging so it lowers my overall score.

Customer support is iffy
Already pickup an order, reached out to customer support for dropping another order that I could not take because it was pre assembled already. Julia dropped the order i was on and all of the orders i had lined up for the day. I made a ticket and still no response a few days later. Smh. Besides this issue dispatch has been fine

Timing is confusing, but still great
Don’t get me wrong. This is a great way to get some cash and starting off in the logistics situation but sometimes the timing be so weird to give you eight hours to get ready to deliver it but then complain that you’re late and you’re arriving at the pick up an hour early.

The app keeps logging me out, then ask to authenticate through the internet. When I put my username and password in it keeps going back to the internet login screen! I can’t access my account!

Low order volume in Indianapolis and surrounding cities.
I signed up for Dispatch and paid the $40 background check fee upfront. After 1 month of watching the job board closely, I found only two client accounts across Indianapolis and the surrounding citieswith very few postings and low pay per job. I have a minivan, which should qualify for most delivery types, but volume was still only about 1 order a day at best.
Don’t expect this to be reliable income or even a part time jobs. Wish I’d known before paying the fee. Also the map is false( misleading driver ).

I’ve been doing all sort of deliveries for years. Dispatch is one of the best app to work for. The company has a wonderful system and treats drivers with respect. Right now I have a perfect 100 in the driver score system. I am so delighted to keep working for dispatch.

Don’t Fall for the Trap
Completely run by AI so as soon as you have an issue, expect problems. Drive 50 miles out only to be told that I could accept an order at the exact same place from the exact client and I had enough time to complete. Full of dummy missions and low pay . Don’t waste your time.
