I have to complain, did not receive any mail on Tuesday September 8, 2026, I am very disappointed in the shoddy mail service recently, there were 4 envelopes with my wife’s name or my name not delivered to this address, no apologies accepted just deliver the mail on the same day

This app is extremely annoying it logs me out and when i try to use facial recognition to log back in it forces me to put in my user name and password i dont wanna hear security excuses because there is no reason it should be happening the facial recognition feature is there for a reason i should be allowed to frickin use it MORON

Good info
I had been using the web to get this information, but this app makes it so much quicker to see what’s coming. I also have a PO Box. This app lets me know when I have mail there to eliminate unnecessary trips.

Passwords
The passwords autofill is malfunctioning. It enters the username with the syntax of an email address, which doesn’t work. I have a Verizon iPhone 16.

What’s Going On
I don’t know what’s been going on with my Mailing that they say we’re gonna get has been not coming. I don’t understand why. It shows the mailing that supposedly be there and it’s not. We are getting tired of going down 2 layer of steps to get mail that’s not there at all!! To getting something different!!!! This the second time this happened but this time is more longer then the first time Smh I never had problems with my mailing before
