USPS is honestly much more reliable when it comes to deliveries. They will not just leave your package at an unknown or incorrect location. If there is a problem with the address, they will usually return the package to the sender rather than leaving it somewhere random.
But FedEx? Their delivery service has been the WORST! 😩 How can you deliver someone’s package to the wrong location and still mark it as “delivered”? That is completely unacceptable. 📦🤦🏽♀️
FedEx you will hear from my lawyer, this is 4th times you are doing this to me and when I file a claim, it was denied. I promise you FedEx you will pay for this last one big time. Very poor service

Vacation Hold Feature Removed
FedEx was the preferred shipping method as it had the vacation hold option. Neither the app or the website have this option anymore and the live tracking when a shipment is out for delivery also does not work. Get it together FedEx!
app doesn’t respond to customers
I ordered a package that was lost in the course of delivery. I sent 3 reports and I have not received any response for 1 month and 2 weeks. They don’t answer you and they don’t take care of the delivery problems. My package is more than a month late and I still have no solution

Morons with a moron app
I already have an account, could not login it wanted to change my password. The change password does not let you see what you type and does not allow cut and paste. Really, you think that is needed. I am so tired of security people too stupid to tie their own shoes making apps like this. I am deleting my account and will never use this app or this company ever again.
