Leave I the chair
I’ve asked for all packages be left the chair by the door if possible. But that is not happening.
Terrible Placement
Driver placed package on porch floor. Dogs took care of rest. This package was for my son’s fishing tournament next weekend.
Address Absent
The app for the most part is ok, but it’s getting one star until it can actually tell me the packages that are coming to my residence

Garbage
Apps absolutely garbage, just like the shipping company. Poor support, untimely loading times, and inconsistent to the highest degree.
