The app is meant to ease process however the app request you to upload documents into the shipment details where there is no tab or icon or anything to upload

This is the worst app ever
Can not enter correct address!
I am unable to enter my correct address I enter my post code and it wants to set my village as the city. It also cannot find my parcels because of this.
