No delivery attempted
Sent message saying attempted delivery but no one in. Not true. No attempt made on cctv.
Wanting details of parcel
My parcel has been in the local depot in Boston USA for over two days now. I want an update, but the chat option is not available and there is no details on tracking.

The delivery service is one of the worst, especially within Britain. The order tracking service is extremely poor.

Comments relate to iOS26.6 Shipment number displays error message - number is correct as notification shows parcel out for delivery. Feedback option does not work when attempting to submit feedback

Works most of the time, but a clonky, slow, buggy experience. Better off just using the website. Such a well known global brand should be better!
Tracking
The tracking is terrible and why when you email out a delivery window the driver try’s to deliver an hour early?
Lost shipment
My sister handed over a very important package on Friday 24/07/26 at approximately 15.30. DHL Swansea. To be delivered to me in South Africa. It has only just been despatched 29/07/26 from Swansea. I had paid an extra £50.00 for the certificate to be produced on 48hr turn around, that’s how urgently I wanted the item to arrive in South Africa.

Communication and technology now make it much more easier to have some sort of definite timing within a two hour range of when your parcel may be delivered, but DHL are still giving you at end of day….

Yet again - I stopped counting at 10 - DHL lie and and state “no-one” was at home. Yet again I had stayed in specifically to collect the parcel.
Customer service
The customer service for your company is very poor. Different information is given depending which site is being used.
One site shows 5 locations in Kingston, Ontario and when you go to another site it only shows 1 site. Your hours of operation say you are open on weekends yet when you call the number you don’t get to talk to anyone and the voice mail says you are closed. When I put in my tracking number it said my package would be here on July 24, 2026 and it didn’t get here and now it won’t give a estimated delivery date and just says it is in transit. I would like a phone number that gets me to a real person that can tell me where my package is and when I can reasonably expect to get it.
