Constant errors, riddled with bugs
Have to login over and over throughout the day. This is the worst. Half the time can’t even log in bc it errors out.

Inefficient and could be a web app
Of all the logistics companies I use for business and all of the apps for tracking the DHL app is by far my least favorite and least useful. To start with the number of times I have to log in is almost laughable - why do I have to log into my account almost every single time I use the app even with Face ID enabled? Additionally I’ve enabled push notifications and there is a warning next to it they will send an sms if my device doesn’t get the push, meanwhile I haven’t gotten a single push or sms about the 2 current in transit packages I have - I have gotten emails. So something is a miss. Please fix these issues. It is no better than accessing the web with the current broken features.

I don't understand why the same service works well when I try other delivery service providers, but DHL - every step is failing with this one every time!

Genius app only accepts 10 digit numbers when the majority of DHL references are longer than 10 digits. Applause.
Wouldn’t recommend
Trying to change a address is a miserable time emailed first thing in the morning trying to change the address to not get any response so tryed to call them got a response however then got told I had to speak to the comerance people so they passed the line over only for the call to last 20 seconds of no one talking and just for them to hang up this happend over and over again and I’m still yet to get a reply

DHL refuses to attempt delivery every time I am sent a parcel and they are the shipper. Purolator, FedEx, UniUni, Amazon, Uber Eats all have figured out how to use a buzzer system. Please seek training recommendations from their professionals.

To save you the hassle of downloading this Masterpiece of Software Engineering, if you have a DHL parcel tracking number with more than ten digits - this app will
not track it - you will have to use their website. And very good luck in doing that. 😬

Can not enter correct address!
I am unable to enter my correct address I enter my post code and it wants to set my village as the city. It also cannot find my parcels because of this.
