Excellent Service
I opted for DHL as they offered quick pick up and delivery at a good price. They were good for their word and Ainsley who picked up the parcels was excellent - a credit to DHL.
Angry re delivery
My delivery was supposed to be signed for but your driver just dropped it in the porch didn’t bother to knock and went - what sort of service is this when I’ve waited in for it

It is impossible to clear the notifications. Make it easier and more obvious!!!!!
Shocking service
They said they tried delivering 3 days in a row but I’ve been in and left my address they are liars
Order gloves for 191$ then had to pay for extra fees made couldn’t get my gloves

Terrible delay and lack of information/ express ???
We had some urgent parts for a boat and client we were selling a boat to in Spain
I had a mechanic and myself here waiting 8 days and still not arrived , now says out for delivery but no eta or track !!!
Our customer has lost 1/2 there holiday and leaves in a few days and very very frustrated and disappointed, still no delivery

Just left the parcel at the front door with no signature. Item inside stolen
The package that was delivered stated that it needed a signature. This did not happen and DHL just left the package at the front door. The items inside were stolen.
Spot On
DHL have surpassed any experiences I’ve ever had with FedEx. They are so quick and convenient.

Terrible app
Terrible app that doesn’t automatically pick up & add your deliveries like pretty much every other courier app does. Also doesn’t recognise the tracking number dhl themselves sent. Could Learn a thing or to from DPD or even Evri. Will try and avoid dhl from handling any of my deliveries in the future

No delivery attempted
Sent message saying attempted delivery but no one in. Not true. No attempt made on cctv.
Wanting details of parcel
My parcel has been in the local depot in Boston USA for over two days now. I want an update, but the chat option is not available and there is no details on tracking.
TOO Bad
The delivery service is one of the worst, especially within Britain. The order tracking service is extremely poor.
