Tracking numbers are useless
This app is so confusing, any and all tracking numbers I’ve received through email & attempt to put into the app to track…..DON’T WORK! What is the point? I’m better off staring out my window to keep an eye on my package than rely on this janky app. DHL, Take tips from the UPS app, I wish all my deliveries came through them!

The least dependable
Pay for express overnight? delayed. It should come the next day guaranteed! Doesn’t arrive. Day 3 Tracking still says guaranteed delivery by end of day. Well it’s 11pm and I leave on a trip tomorrow… So much for guaranteed. And drivers NEVER leave my packages at my door, no matter how explicit my instructions. And yes, I’ve checked - still says in transit, not out for delivery. Aggravating.

Poor design
Downloaded app to arrange a delivery to a safe place, without signature. Takes forever to sign up, design is terrible, and at the end of it no option to change delivery arrangements, what a waste of time.

If I could leave NO stars, I would! Had an order and it was in LA and just needed to come to Oregon! Bounced all over Oregon then to Arizona, Washington and to Ohio! WTH??? And not in that order but back n forth a few times! I (if have had the choice) WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! Then their notifications sucked! Was to leave at a neighbors house then they sent to PO office 25 miles away and had to sign for it!
