The app is dead
The app no longer works for anything except tracking packages. All the other features are gone. It’s useless now unless you want to track packages and have the bar code number.

I paid to have my mail redirected after a move, and the service has been exceptional. (That's 5 Stars)
What is NOT useful are the almost daily "you've got mail" messages, identifying the sender. Not only is there usually no mail, but when there is, the sender is 97% incorrectly identified. The typical "sender" is Canadian Tire, and I haven't received their mail in forever.
Today, I attempted to connect with Canada Post to clarify if a text message is indeed from them. I have scrolled through endless options on the website, and there is no option to email/text them. I attempted the chat option, which never did open.
Exactly how are consumers to connect with Canada Post? Seems impossible from where I sit. I'm thinking my 3 Stars rating is overly generous.

Useless app - won’t allow me to toggle
In order to verify my identity (so that I can use the MyMail function of the app), I have to provide a code that the app texts to my phone. But if I toggle from the app to my text messages to retrieve the code, the Canada Post app closes. So…I can’t verify my identity in order to use the app.

Communication is extremely poor, delivery times are unreliable, and overall experience is very frustrating. If you have any other delivery options, I highly recommend using them instead.
