Har do fix errors
I mailed a package last week without issue. I am trying to send another package this week, but the app won’t let me sign into my account. I’m sure I am doing something wrong, so my problem isn’t with the program. However, the app isn’t intuitive enough to me allow me to understand and fix the problem.
When the app was working for me I liked it very much.

Direct mail sent me to a website. Website sent me to download this app. This app just asked for a tracking ID. Nothing to do with MyMail. No wonder your company is in trouble. Fire whoever is responsible. Start over.
Theft of mail and data
Poor security allows others to use the app to see when you get cheques and parcels.
They have also been using your mail for data to sell to marketers.
