I don’t want to chat. I don’t want to have to go track down an email with my tracking # just for an update on my package’s progress. Oh? I can sign up for email notifications? Well don’t want that either. I want a text when delivered. Like I used to have the option of. I want to save my tracking #. Like I used to have the option of. Terrible! Ai bullcrap

Why in gods name do I want an AI chat it to explain my parcel status to me. I’ve been using Purolator for years. I just need actual data to track and confirm with clients. What a waste of time and effort. FedEx here I come again.
