Terrible App
This app is ineffective. Can never log on. Says email and password are wrong. But they aren’t as I can log in on the website. Also, putting in your hours is a pain and not user friendly.
Constantly not working.
I wrote a review not too long ago saying how the app was improving, I was wrong. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app 8 times in the last month and a half. For some reason every once in a while when you try to open the app it says “an unexpected error has occurred please delete and redownload the app” there’s no way around it. Please try to fix that.

Every week: “An unexpected error has occurred. Please reinstall the app”
Always get a message telling us to reinstall the app. Fine for a game app, not for a payroll app

Keep me signed in
Please make an option to keep me signed in. It’s really annoying to have to sign in every time I open the app to check my work schedule. I understand signing in to see pay stubs and such but the schedule is overkill.
