I would be happy to give five stars if the developer tries to read reviews. At this point of time, developers have free rooms to imitate many other software developers programming, interface and design. I really appreciate the amendments that recently added feature to confirm packages before delivering at the assigned location. It would be great if you can work around the database because it takes 2 and 3 minutes to upload a single photo in Ottawa area in 10km radius from the centre town. I have been delivering with other different software programs and this one needs more attention to fix. Due to the software limitations, the company and the delivery drivers are experiencing delays to optimize routes. Please update, the time issue and optimization. Lastly, the location written in the package collection time from the senders and maps are not compatible, mostly I am editing the address information in the maps, it is a simple thing to fix, my recommendation is you can limit the number of characters in the address entry and you can add extra address entry to catch up all the address information. I am looking forward to see changes.

Worst app!
Worst of worst route optimization, waste lot of time. It’s too slow in every sense, for deliveries we need efficent and fast app. 1 hour work is turned into 2 hours because of inefficient routing.

This app is slow! Routing is disgustingly inefficient
And it uses Apple Maps Apple map is also not updated as it is slow and always shows you the longest route. Apple map is slow and it confuses you with the direction of your route at the starting as it takes time to pick your direction of movement

Optimization not the best as well would be nice if you add google maps option to choose which navigation to use! another apps has this option
