This app is a waste of time and money if you’re driving in Ontario Canada. They pay less than minimum wage for trips that you have to drive very long to pick up passengers for peanuts. Customer service does not exist and nothing but AI. What a horrible way to start a business here!

Hopp sucking the blood of drivers who serving sincerely by giving very very low prices even less than 30 cents per km while gas is 1.81/km it must need to pay fair prices at least $1/km

I avoid using this platform because I don’t feel confident that it keeps drivers safe from potential issues with law enforcement.
There are also several usability problems that make driving more difficult:
* It relies on a third-party navigation app, which drains more phone battery.
* Every trip requires switching to the maps app and waiting for the destination to transfer, which is inconvenient.
* Customer support is very slow to respond, even in urgent situations.
* Drivers have no control over notification sounds while driving. New ride request alerts can be loud and disruptive, especially when passengers are trying to rest or nap.
I hope these issues are addressed in future updates because the platform has potential.
