Support and app is worse
Trexity does not value its drivers. My account was suspended without a proper explanation, despite my efforts to complete deliveries and follow instructions. When drivers raise concerns about unfair pay, excessive return distances, or delivery-related issues, those concerns seem to be dismissed. The company appears more focused on getting routes completed than on treating drivers fairly.
A platform that relies on drivers should listen to their concerns, communicate transparently, and investigate issues fairly before taking action. My experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend driving for Trexity based on how I was treated.

Scammers.
Beware of them! They steal your data and sells to third parties. If you want to waste your time then do it! And the app is full of bugs! Also their support system is trash!
Garbage
They are absolute garbage! With optimizing the delivery route. The pay is even worse. I had to drive over 250km to get $120 the gas prices are crazy right now about $2/ ltr. The pick up locations are usually 20-30 min away and the last drop off for the route about an hour or two away from your start location. Both of these commute are unpaid.

Deactivated my account for no reason
POV : DELETING THIS APP, NOT RECOMMENDED
They ask for retraining, i booked a session and no body show up on there side and they call it its my fault. They care only about merchants and customers, they don’t care about delivery partners like us… always take action whatever they said, our voice not matter at all. When you are off delivery routes, their support is very bad. Trexity is not same anymore and whoever managing , doing a poor job.
