They literally don’t reply when you need them and expect from you to do things according to them. Worst customer service ever. Will treat you literally like slave and then will not care what you want.
This App Needs Improvement Badly
I’m disappointed with how this app operates. It’s useless for people desperately seeking work. The only way I managed to get shifts was by asking a coworker to speak to the manager. Without their approval, I would’ve never picked up a shift at the warehouse I briefly worked at. Essentially, you need manager’s approval to start working at any place you apply for, and there’s no way to connect with them. Even worse, the shifts you apply for can be taken by someone else. You’re stuck on a wait list for approval until the manager decides to give you a shift. This app needs major improvements. For starters, there should be an option to send a copy of your background check to HR for approval. This would make it easier for people to secure any shifts that require a background check. Spotwork needs to update its format and make it easier for desperate people to find work, not just those who the managers favour
