Terrible! Ai bullcrap
Why in gods name do I want an AI chat it to explain my parcel status to me. I’ve been using Purolator for years. I just need actual data to track and confirm with clients. What a waste of time and effort. FedEx here I come again.

More “ai” being shoved down our throats
And like all “ai”(misnomer if I’ve ever heard one), it’s terrible. It pretends to be useful while making your experience worse. You can’t even just track your package in here without it being the only way to get an update. No real tracking, just a mindless, unthinking, poor excuse for “ai”(there is no ai in the world btw, it’s always a lie, a fugazi) that gives you wrong and out of context information. Terrible, terrible product and actually an impediment more than a help.

Bring back the full tracking history
Bring back the shipping history the “AI Bot” is not helpful at all, terrible app. I don’t normally rate apps but you removed a useful feature and replaced it with a half baked agent that doesn’t work.
It’s just a chatbot now
I hate this new version. All of the useful tracking info is gone. I don’t need or want a chatbot. I just wanted to come see the tracking status with my packages history. Simple. This is just dumb!

It worked fine as a tracking app before and now you can only ask some chatbot. It does not keep you current packages and you need to enter the tracking number anytime you want an update.

You turned a good app, into something useless. No more actual tracking, simply a useless artificially stewpidd chat bot. Whoever at Purolator that thought this was a great idea, probably never used a shipping app and should be fired. You broke what was not broken and clearly by all the recent reviews, it’s fact.

Zero Stars is too many, but then forced to give one star in order to post
The app was fine before, now it’s garbage. It’s not even an app, it’s AI providing no tracking, just date of possible delivery, and doing it very slowly I might add. The old app saved multiple shipments, identified them by nicknames for easy reference, and provided actual tracking. I want to see the actual package progress. AI should be an option for more information not less, and certainly not the only access to information. Fail!

More AI garbage
The app's major feature is more AI that no one asked for. Instead of being able to quickly look up the status of your package from a tracking number, they force you to use the AI chatbot. This means that you cannot save multiple tracking numbers and you must go through the chatbot Every. Single. Time. Everyone should uninstall this app and add the website to your homepage instead

Removed the usefulness of the app
Been using the app for years to track my packages. It’s now completely useless. The chatbot feature is the worst I have ever used in any app. Don’t waste the space on your device.

Worst service ever
Can’t even put my delivery address properly and then adds days to the delivery date
I put my address 3 times before it was even ready for shipping, even , in the store’s option, in my account and I even verified that it was there by using their bots (which doesn’t even do anything to help)

Terrible AI chat bot no tracking progress
A shipping app cannot provide shipping progress of a package. They ruined a perfectly good app with a ridiculous AI integration.
Tracking Removed
As many others have noted the ability to save and track multiple shipments via the app is now limited to interacting with AI chatbot that gives a status update with no ability to save the numbers. App is now useless and I’ll be uninstalling it and using the website as that at least doesn’t use the AI chatbot.

Pathétique
Impossible de faire un suivi de colis. Tout passe par le robot qui ne trouve pas le colis alors que sur la page web de Purolator on trouve notre colis. Éliminé ce robot et ramener la version avant son implantation.
No tracking anymore
Replacing the tracking by an AI and can’t keep the tracking list is a bad idea
Just use the website
Tracking a package on this app just pulls up their AI garbage assistance and all it tells you is “your package is on its way” won’t tell you the actual scan in information for the parcel, at least the website shows all the proper information.
