Impossible to get a simple tracking
Impossible to get a simple tracking on the app now without going through insufferable chat with their AI support… I don’t want to chat with an non-existent entity passing for a service agent, I just want to track a package and get the usual breakdown of the shipping history. What used to be a simple straight forward online inquiry has now become an non-effective conversation which no longer provides me with the requested info.

Total waste of time, not sure why this was even built. You literally can’t do anything well inside the app. Must use an actual browser.
Tracker is a poor “upgrade”
The new AI chatbot based tracker is a subpar replacement for the previous functionality of being able to track multiple items and receive detailed information about the delivery of each item. I’m using a third-party package tracker app and have given up on this one. The purolator website is much better at tracking - just use it and don’t bother downloading this app.

AI AGENT?
Is there REALLY no way to simply see a list of Tracked Packages? Is making a separate new query to an AI chat prompt the only way to retrieve tracking updates?

On veut comme avant quon voyait tout les étable de livraison et une option que ca garde en memoire ton numero de tracking pour voir l’evolution comme toute les autres compagnies

Why is it a chatbot now, it’s stupid.
No saved tracking anymore? Why?
New app no longer has the ability to save tracking numbers. It’s just an AI chat bot. Bad design choice Purolator.
Doesn’t let you track packages in a list
When you enter a tracking number it starts a chat bot, and doesn’t let you actually track in the app - it wants you to give name/email to get updates. If I wanted that I’d just use your website not an app.
Don’t bother downloading
The latest app update has turned the app into nothing more than a fancy chat bot that gives you no information. Can’t track packages anymore, it simply tells you to track it on the website…newsflash, if i wanted to track on the website I would’ve gone there first!!

This app is just a fairly useless AI chat bot. Just use the webpage instead.
App is basically useless now
I don’t understand why they removed proper tracking from the app that displays all the info regarding your package. Now, you only get to talk to a chatbot. This is absolutely infuriating.
Can’t track properly anymore
Horrible update. Still not fixed. Can no longer track packages by seeing a tracking/status screen. When you enter a tracking number, a Chatbot replies that gives an overly wordy answer and no details or general information about the shipment. When I ask questions or even replying to its questions, the bot doesn’t work properly. The only way to do proper tracking now is not through this app, but through the website.

New app is useless
I use to be able to list all my tracking numbers in your app. By changing the tracking by an ai bot, you made your app useless. Your bot is useless and doesn’t bring anything to the table.
