Not sure why they replaced delivery tracking information with a chatbot that is pretty much useless. Worst app I have ever seen!
Terrible app
The only way to track is to chat with a bot. You could best learn from UPS. I see all packages sent and arriving on one page and I don’t even have to input them as they already have my address in their database. This app is a waste of time.

Tracking is now a terribly flawed AI chatbot.
No tracking history, no stored tracking numbers. It is just an awful update. What a shame. This used to be a decent app. Whoever decided this was the direction the app needed to go failed completely.

Terrible
One of the worst courier service apps out there. Unable to save shipments to keep up with tracking. On top of this, the app doesn’t show a history of tracking numbers you’ve searched, so you need to go back to the merchant email/website to get the tracking number in order to copy & paste it into the app each & every time. There’s also no option to log into your Purolator account. For one of the largest shipping companies in the world, Purolator needs to do A LOT better.

Useless Now
You replaced the shipment dashboard with a chatbot. This benefits nobody.
Am I now expected to save every tracking number somewhere else and individually feed each one into the chatbot every time I want an update?
The app used to maintain a list of my shipments. Now it remembers nothing. If I have multiple packages in transit, I have to keep track of every tracking number myself instead of opening the app and seeing a summary.
This isn’t an improvement, it’s a significant step backward in usability. A dashboard and a chatbot serve different purposes. A dashboard lets me see everything at a glance. A chatbot only answers questions about a single shipment after I’ve already supplied the tracking number.
Until this is fixed, I’ll prioritize retailers that don’t use Purolator when I have a choice. This redesign completely misses the mark from a user experience standpoint.

App is useless
Required to login every time on app, required to verify email on every login, no timeframe given to delivery window, packages get sent to warehouse after delivery attempt making delivery useless

Ridiculous chatbot! No history, no progress, no status. Doesn’t remember tracking codes between sessions! Who thought this was a good idea?!
Can’t track package
Inputting a tracking number forces you to chat with a dumb automated thing. Totally unable to track a package with the app. Pathetic.

Can’t track multiple shipments. Doesn’t show you a progression it’s just a virtual assistant set up

Update not great
This app used to be simple and useful. All I want to do is paste a tracking number and see a progress bar. Instead, it forces me into a frustrating chat interface just to get a basic update. Please bring back the classic tracking screen. This is a massive step backwards.
Useless App
I do not want to speak to a AI to get update on my packages. Why I can't saved all my tracking and keep a eyes on them? Now is just asking a AI for one package at a time this is useless
What was done to this app?
After the last update it’s just a chat bot. Nothing else. Tracking isn’t as shown in the apps store screenshots. Please fix the app.
