Useless Now
You replaced the shipment dashboard with a chatbot. This benefits nobody.
Am I now expected to save every tracking number somewhere else and individually feed each one into the chatbot every time I want an update?
The app used to maintain a list of my shipments. Now it remembers nothing. If I have multiple packages in transit, I have to keep track of every tracking number myself instead of opening the app and seeing a summary.
This isn’t an improvement, it’s a significant step backward in usability. A dashboard and a chatbot serve different purposes. A dashboard lets me see everything at a glance. A chatbot only answers questions about a single shipment after I’ve already supplied the tracking number.
Until this is fixed, I’ll prioritize retailers that don’t use Purolator when I have a choice. This redesign completely misses the mark from a user experience standpoint.

App is useless
Required to login every time on app, required to verify email on every login, no timeframe given to delivery window, packages get sent to warehouse after delivery attempt making delivery useless
Worthless
Ridiculous chatbot! No history, no progress, no status. Doesn’t remember tracking codes between sessions! Who thought this was a good idea?!
Can’t track package
Inputting a tracking number forces you to chat with a dumb automated thing. Totally unable to track a package with the app. Pathetic.
No longer useful for regular user.

Update not great
This app used to be simple and useful. All I want to do is paste a tracking number and see a progress bar. Instead, it forces me into a frustrating chat interface just to get a basic update. Please bring back the classic tracking screen. This is a massive step backwards.
Useless App
I do not want to speak to a AI to get update on my packages. Why I can't saved all my tracking and keep a eyes on them? Now is just asking a AI for one package at a time this is useless
What was done to this app?
After the last update it’s just a chat bot. Nothing else. Tracking isn’t as shown in the apps store screenshots. Please fix the app.
What even is this app?
I expect like UPS or Canpost to log in and see or manage packages coming my way. No instead i have to punch in tracking number and the app doesn’t remember them the next time i open it. What were they thinking?
Want tracking, not chatbot
I downloaded this app because I have a few Purolator packages pending and wanted to be able to see all of my tracking information at a glance, like with the Canada Post app for example. Inexplicably, this app lacks that basic functionality. Attempt attempting to look up a tracking number enters you into a conversation with a chatbot that does nothing except to give you an estimated delivery date and allow you to opt into emails. No package details are visible outside the chatbot conversation and disappear when the window is closed. I deleted the app immediately after installing it when I realized that it would not actually meet my purposes.

Garbage Chat Bot - Useless update
What happened to the tracking history?? This is nothing more than a chat bot??

The app used to be amazing and now it’s a random Chatbot AI for absolutely no reason. There’s absolutely no way to get any meaningful tracking information either without interacting with the Chatbot. Very disappointing business direction, whoever had this genius idea on product team and the suit who approved it should be fired. Absolute disaster.

I don’t want to chat. I don’t want to have to go track down an email with my tracking # just for an update on my package’s progress. Oh? I can sign up for email notifications? Well don’t want that either. I want a text when delivered. Like I used to have the option of. I want to save my tracking #. Like I used to have the option of. No way to save tracking within the app like it used to have, have to sign up for notifications that don’t work a majority of the time through a dumb AI chat bot. Terrible app, terrible delivery service.
Downgrade
The new app sucks. No one asked for tracking details to be given by a chatbot. Please give us the old app back.
