The app is dead
The app no longer works for anything except tracking packages. All the other features are gone. It’s useless now unless you want to track packages and have the bar code number.

Moderately useful.
I paid to have my mail redirected after a move, and the service has been exceptional. (That's 5 Stars)
What is NOT useful are the almost daily "you've got mail" messages, identifying the sender. Not only is there usually no mail, but when there is, the sender is 97% incorrectly identified. The typical "sender" is Canadian Tire, and I haven't received their mail in forever.
Today, I attempted to connect with Canada Post to clarify if a text message is indeed from them. I have scrolled through endless options on the website, and there is no option to email/text them. I attempted the chat option, which never did open.
Exactly how are consumers to connect with Canada Post? Seems impossible from where I sit. I'm thinking my 3 Stars rating is overly generous.

Useless app - won’t allow me to toggle
In order to verify my identity (so that I can use the MyMail function of the app), I have to provide a code that the app texts to my phone. But if I toggle from the app to my text messages to retrieve the code, the Canada Post app closes. So…I can’t verify my identity in order to use the app.

Communication is extremely poor, delivery times are unreliable, and overall experience is very frustrating. If you have any other delivery options, I highly recommend using them instead.

Canada post office sucks they always lost packages and my package is always late every time I can’t even have the patience to wait another week for my packages they always change the dates and it sucks

They Lost My 150$ Package
I actually don’t know the size of the brains of the people delivering for Canada Post. The address on my package was correct (even with unit #) delivered it to the wrong address. Not even close to anywhere where I live. I have walked around my block twice. But I just don’t understand how hard it is read 2-4 numbers on the package and on the building. Can’t get a refund either.

Won’t let me log in
Even with a confirmation code it won’t let me log in. The code coming to my phone is also super delayed. It’s frustrating and a pointless app.

I was so confused because the app showed my item was still available for pickup but the web shows it was successfully returned to sender before I had the chance to pick up. If I had checked online like I usually do I would have saved myself 2 trips. I will use the web from now on
Blocked from registering account to track my parcel delivery.
Sadly, cannot register password. Followed all instructions closely, made multiple tries. Hope I’ll receive my parcel!

I have to download this trash app to see if I qualified for home pickup. The create password doesn’t work. I used forgot username to trigger the code to my email. The code Canada post sent me doesn’t work. Nothing about this app works. Pure garbage. If you’re going to force people to use your app for specific services, maybe it should function properly?? The website also does not function properly.

Poor service
I knew my package was out ,the person did not even know on the door so they didn’t have to deliver my parcel ,now I have to wait 48 hours to get it ,nice trick I guess they are experience ,but I was home now your making people work harder because your lazy
Delivery
We signed up for delivery notifications after having our mailboxes broken into. We got notifications for about a month and now we get nothing. Why provide a service if it’s not gonna work! Just to pacify us for a bit that’s all.
