New app is terrible.
Got it set up then couldn’t get in, system said it was down.
Got locked out then called and was supposed to get a text to unlock but never got it.

Doesn’t work
Tried to enter my PO Box address exactly as per my government ID (and the one I have used for 4 years). The proper address doesn’t come up on the drop down options and it keeps saying the address I’ve added is an invalid address.
No notifications of mail

My mail not working
My Mail isn’t working or available since almost two years after they changed our postal code. I called several times but still not working. This is quite annoying.

Signed up.. won’t accept my password. Now has locked me out. They want me to call to reset… I don’t think so!!
Mail is rarely delivered or out for delivery is only occasionally updated

Not accurate
From the moment I got this app, it keeps telling me mail has been delivered but there’s absolutely nothing in my mailbox. Pain in my butt.

I got the app to get notifications of mail delivered at my community mailbox. There is nowhere online or on the app to do so. All the app has is a tracking box, nothing else. No sign in. Nothing!

Cannot use on iPad. This is going to be an issue. More & more people are using portable devices, and an iPad is a significant device in the ios world.
no junk mail
I opted out from receiving junk mail. But, I get notifications that I have mail but, have no mail.

Absolutely useless app. Typical of the new CANADA POST. And you wonder why people are shying away from using your services.
Consistently wrong
The number of pieces of mail indicated by the app has NEVER aligned with the pieces I receive - so is the postman stealing my mail, or is this app bad or is it just Canada Post ?
