I’ve entered all my details correctly and it can’t verify me - garbage app
MyMail doesn’t work.
The MyMail feature doesn’t work at all. All it does is show the confirm account info screen and when I hit continue with all the correct info, the screen just pops up again. Why make a feature like this that doesn’t even work properly?
Can’t even log in
Set up an account as instructed. Chose a valid user name and password. Asked to verify account via an e-mailed link, which I did. Then all I had to do was log in. “User name or password does not match our records”. Three attempts (correct info entered each time) and now locked out of the account until I contact them.
Forget it. Already more hassle than it’s worth.

Cant sign up?
Signed up, verified email, clicked the email button back into the app and i wasnt signed in. Signed in again twice, and the password i set isnt working. I went to reset it and got a 'something went wrong' page.
Slow & Glitchy
Everything takes forever to load, and you I had to complete the same task multiple times for it to work.
Awful
Terrible app. Terrible notification system. Nothing corresponds with reality. Mail delivered without any notification at all. Mail arrives days after it was supposed to. Mail showing as being on the way or delivered that never arrives. I really can't tell if it's the postal worker or the system itself but it doesn't really matter: Canada Post's days are numbered if this is the best they can do.

Pretty slow. Was supposed to arrive August the 10th but it is not here till August of 19.

I consider myself tech savvy and use more than 10 apps frequently. I found the set up of this new mail app quite impossible to get done

Après m'être inscrit aux avis par texto, quelle surprise de voir que le livreur était passé sans avis. Lorsque nous avons besoin de ça ... pas fort fort ... De plus un appel devait être fait 30 min avant la livraison.
Customs forms frustration
When trying to fill out the customs forms I had to leave the page to get the return address and when that happened I had to start the form all over. Very annoying
First Try - Not
Typical Canada Post - I use a password manager and upon first try getting into the app, it says “info doesn’t match what’s on file”. I have to call FFS.
Not working
I tried for two days in a row to put a hold on my mail and the website would not work
Bugs
Their app isn't fully ready it seems. No matter how many times I re enter my adress the way it's written on my Id, when i save it retypes the postal code without space and changes my adress to english which made the Id verification fail. Their id system should use a scan of your ID instead of a third party. Very cool idea, if it worked, but honestly who has time to go to a post office and wait in line just to validate their identity for working their app? Please fix. Thanks

Vraiment difficile d’accès…sans avoir rien demandé on nous envoie un carton pour nous inscrire à votre service de courrier. Après un processus d’inscription plutôt compliqué, carton ne fonctionne pas.
Moving mail transfer
I have received only 2 pieces of redirected mail in 6 months. Not sure where it all has gone. 😡
