What a scam
I can’t believe Americans are forced to use this app to mail things they already own. $2.50 for what? The privilege of using the USPS? Someone is making a lot of money openly scamming the American people.
Was forced to use EMS
For a package under 1999 grams, the AI calculated the weight by the pictures it made me take and even if I carefully picked everything so it wouldn’t surpass 2kg, the app decided my package weighs more than 2kg and forced me to send it by EMS which is 3 times more expensive. The worst idea this government has ever had. We were better without this app please remove this system or at least let customers add and edit the data on their own, instead of leaving it to the IA.

Awful
I was forced by Canada post to download this garbage app just to ship a small package to the USA. Actually ridiculous. Nobody wants or asked for this. Even the postal workers told me it was stupid and a lot of people were having trouble with this app. I don’t know whose idea it was to require this but it’s so annoying.

まず保存機能がないので何個も読み込んで繰り返したのに途中で止まる。保存出来ず、そこまでで一旦関税払おうとしたのに進まない。 死亡。 PCのウェブ版でも同じ。

Garbage App
The app is very glitchy and even though I’m just trying to return something that I bought from an American company it still wants to charge me duties. Now not worth refunding it. Do not buy anything from the USA and do not use this app.
