UPS app is a savior

I am so grateful to have the UPS app to manage shipments incoming and outgoing. It is almost like having a UPS store right in my pocket. There are so many details and benefits to this app that I can’t cover them all. Just get the app. You won’t regret it.

App Defective

This app sucks! The user is directed to add delivery instructions! Then pushed around and around to useless pages with little to NOUSER input possible! Useless waste of TIME!

Aweful

We have been waiting for our dogs heart medication for 5 days now. It was delayed in Friday and today, Monday, they were supposed to deliver it by 9pm. It is 9:48pm and no medication. Of course their customer service closed at 9pm and no one can tell us why the mediation is still not here. Our dog ran out of this medication. Thank you for nothing UPS.
