This company is the worst
I rearranged delivery date, they confirmed via email, I called and they said is not confirmed. Then they do not notify me at all, no email no phone call nothing to notify me when it actually is coming. They say it’s the final delivery attempt. Useless people and useless company
Worthless
The app is fine when if delivers don’t have issues. But it’s worthless to help resolve any issue. It gives you stock responses that would help nobody. It’s a waste of data space.
Missing Package
UPS should be dropping off packages in front of customers apt doors and taking a photo as insurance SO many packages go missing especially when delivered to incorrect buildings and or apts !!!
Delivery sent but not received until 5 days later
The mail package on Saturday the UPS store where I sent it from guaranteed it would be there on Tuesday and it arrived today which is Thursday at 6:30 PM no one was able to help anywhere that I called!! so frustrating
Delivery Attempted?
I donno wtf is going on but my packages aren’t getting dropped off. I’m not happy. I set it on here to leave at the door and made a large cardboard sign that says ups please leave my packages at the door.. you have my permission. But nope.. I just get delivery attempted notifications.. some of us work and can’t sit by the door. I’m away 14 hours a day between my commute and work hours.
