Horrible

It’s so annoying always a bug , never works right doesn’t scan properly without an error coming up.

Sooo Slow!!!

The app has never been great, but the latest version is terrible. Scanner works when it wants to or you have to back out and try again. There is delay between the multiple screens you have to click through to get just one package signed in. If someone drops off two or three packages, expect your business to halt for 5 minutes and your actual paying customers to get annoyed as you. My employees have become so frustrated with it, sometimes they don’t even bother scanning it in and just let the driver deal with it.

We are seriously considering dropping the whole Access Point as it has been a net negative for us.

Slow, lagging, andTerrible app

The company that earns billions of dollars annually and can’t even develop an app smoothly?
The app is too slow, lagging. It keeps shutting down all of the sudden many times during the day.
My staffs keep waiting for the app loading for 5 or maybe 10 minutes just for one package or a receipt.
I don’t know what’s wrong with the software management but they have been doing a terrible and awful job.
UPS should do something to improve this or the access points just stop working with them. Terrible management

Bugs

Keeps crashing on IPhone 13. Does not load tried deleting and reinstalling several times. No luck reaching tech support also.

Harassment Point!!!

We had a UPS driver come to our address and we have security camera video showing him give information to a neighbor that we have a lawsuit against for harassment about our car being covered which he said was “even” covered and associated it with my wife and made fun of her for doing it, which is gender based harassment as gender is a protected characteristic in California so the guy broke the law. UPS refuses to agree and has banned our address because they said they’re afraid of drivers coming to our address and getting in trouble from our security camera. We said they shouldn’t do anything wrong then and they banned us. We’re not even allowed to go to the access point. They actually want us to go to what they call a permanent will call location, which has no public access other than people who are banned and it’s where the driver is located. The driver also clearly had sided with the neighbor who is a harasser and called him, bro in the videos, and then did not deliver the package which he clearly intended on doing and only making fun of us in our own driveway which is how a cold predator would act. The UPS driver somehow had access to my UPS account himself and reschedule my delivery without my consent and said that the customer did it because he was using my account. I’ve explained this to attorneys and they find it very alarming that drivers even have access to people‘s accounts. I wonder what this access point app even does?!
