サポートがAIで話が噛み合わない

外国人観光客のサービスとして始めましたが、荷物預かりの手数料を受け取るのがアメリカからの送金なので、銀行の受取手数料を支払ったら赤字になりました。
これではメリットがないと思い解約手続きについて問い合わせをしましたが、どうやら当方の宛名すら自動翻訳のような文面で何度も同じ説明をさせられた挙げ句、話が前に進みません。
