Imagine 3 ladies in their seventies with 3 luggages and 3 carry on wishing to spend a day in Boston before catching a plane. Easy check in, easy check out. Safe and secure. Peace of mind when storing 10 luggages and bags.
Reliable!
We dropped off very early in the morning- 2 am. The attendant was responsive online/messaging, had lights on and the door open when we arrived. I do not recall a Bounce sign outside. Very easy to drive by. The surrounding area was not well lit, area a tad shady. Retrieved bags a few days later- went late at night. Tried to reach out to attendant ahead of time to alert of arrival. No response but when we arrived they were present. All items in luggage. Would use service again. Much cheaper than airport. It is about 10 minutes away from the new airport- driving.
