Super easy to use. Love how simple it was to get started, none of the typically complex sign up/log in steps usually associated with these apps. After downloading, just choose your preferred drop-off location on a map and pay with Apple Pay. Actual drop off/pick up equally simple and fast. Would use again.

Location is easy enough close to main train station and city center. Flight arrived in the morning before air bnb was ready this was easy to setup and worked for us.

We went to the place witch was a strange house with a bunch of beggers. We almost got stoled, had to run away. Don’t use this app!!
Bags in Oaxaca
Just as I was leaving for the airport, I learned that my flight had a long delay. I asked the taxi driver to take me to this Bounce location. I was able to enjoy Centro and have a great lunch without lugging my bags around the city. It’s a great location right in the heart of Centro.

Excellent service
I went to Dallas to a World Cup game, I left my bags at Bounce and everything was great, after the game I picked up my stuff to get to the airport. (Important it is located in the UPS inside the hotel 2nd floor)
Brilliant App for Luggage Storage
We’ve used Bounce in Athens, Nice, Tokyo and Osaka. The app works very well in locating luggage storage close to wherever you are staying or a station. Very easy to use, your suitcases feel protected and it removes any language barriers with the support system.
Great experience
It was our first time using Bounce, but it definitely won’t be our last. It was great to be able to book a later flight and enjoy an extra 4-hours of touristy stuff after checking out of our Airbnb without having to drag our luggage around the city. There were several locations nearby, the process was easy, everything was secure, and it made the last day of our trip much more enjoyable. We’ll definitely use again.

Brilliant
My son recommended Bounce after using it in Tokyo. I was so impressed with the simplicity of the concept and the app backed that up. My daughter & I had 2 days/1 night in Milan after staying in lake como & needed to stow our luggage before & after having access to our Air B&B. Highly recommended

A great option near Union Station!
Staff were friendly and well-organized. We felt safe with our bags here all day. We will use their services again the next time we need to store bags near Union Station.

This is a very convenient location that is in the heart of the Westminster area. It’s a short walk from the Abbey and all of the other tourist spots.
