The location was easy to find, and the gentleman there was easy to communicate with. It was such a convenience in my travels to be able to store my bag somewhere safe and just take a daypack!

Very convenient location , just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and quickly put our suitcases away. Just as easy to pick them up. Highly recommend.
Location Closed
I went to drop off my luggage on 8/29/26, but had to wait at the cruise terminal until after 11am as the location-Platform Tavern wasn’t open until then. After walking down to the location, it was CLOSED. Contacted Bounce Support, but they don’t have a real person to speak with and recommended I contact the location. Hello, how can I contact the location when they are closed! Do not waste your time with this company, call your hotel and ask if they will store your luggage for free.
