App’s critical bug
Booked and checked in my luggage on 12 July for pickup on 17 July. But received an email just after midnight on 14 July telling me the timer had stopped automatically and my storage had ended! Tried to contact someone in the app but only an unhelpful AI was answering my questions! DO NOT USE!

Gentlemen on the shop was great. Super helpful and kind but the street the shop was on was shady, like stepping over crackheads type shady. So ok during day but wouldn’t be doing anything there after dark.
Payment System Doesn’t work
Service is great in theory but the places are very hit or miss in terms of luggage security and the luggage hero payment system is unreliable and half the time doesn’t process payments which is very frustrating
Great, but…
All was fine BUT on arrival the chap looked unsure as to why was was looking into the window so we thought we got the wrong location so on entering we thought he’d direct us as to where to go but then said ‘yes you leave your luggage here’ we then started the app and took the image of ours bags but felt unsure and wary as to whether we had the right place. We trusted and left and thankfully on return our bags were returned.
Basically saying that giving more confidence in that people are in the right place and how it works would have been appreciated or ask people if they know how it works on arrival to save yourself the explanation. Would use again..
