We got charged 82 dollars for not storing our bags. The issue was that traffic made us late to drop off our bags. By the time we got there, the facility said they were closing in 15 minutes. If I had just thought to check our bags in and then immediately check them out, I would have saved 60-some dollars. The no-show fee is a full day’s charge per bag.

This is the epitome of there’s an app for everything. I found this super convenient in a pinch and I would suggest this to anyone who needs to keep there luggage somewhere while out exploring
App’s critical bug
Booked and checked in my luggage on 12 July for pickup on 17 July. But received an email just after midnight on 14 July telling me the timer had stopped automatically and my storage had ended! Tried to contact someone in the app but only an unhelpful AI was answering my questions! DO NOT USE!

Gentlemen on the shop was great. Super helpful and kind but the street the shop was on was shady, like stepping over crackheads type shady. So ok during day but wouldn’t be doing anything there after dark.
Payment System Doesn’t work
Service is great in theory but the places are very hit or miss in terms of luggage security and the luggage hero payment system is unreliable and half the time doesn’t process payments which is very frustrating
Great, but…
All was fine BUT on arrival the chap looked unsure as to why was was looking into the window so we thought we got the wrong location so on entering we thought he’d direct us as to where to go but then said ‘yes you leave your luggage here’ we then started the app and took the image of ours bags but felt unsure and wary as to whether we had the right place. We trusted and left and thankfully on return our bags were returned.
Basically saying that giving more confidence in that people are in the right place and how it works would have been appreciated or ask people if they know how it works on arrival to save yourself the explanation. Would use again..

Great spot to leave your belongings
The owner is nice and ensures that your belongings are well kept. And the business is open until 7pm.
Easy storage in the big apple!
Easy and convenient storage right by our rental. Was able to store most of day after flight while we waited on check in!

Quick, friendly service- check in was less than a minute, with quick easy instructions. Pick up was just the same! Used only a few hours while visiting the Ststue of Liberty by would definitely recommend and use Shaun!
